Once you've signed up with boiler bids at no cost, we'll immediately start collecting RFP's for your energy installation projects. Turn-around times are typically very quick, but can vary on more complex projects.

Greener Buildings provides an industry leading process, giving the client the highest levels of transparency, and therefore, competition and savings – that can be achieved in the procurement of third-party energy installation contracts. However, the bidding process is by no means the first or last step in our handling of clients’ energy installation needs. Our proposal procurement process begins as soon as client have signed exclusively into our energy installation agreement. We will work with your energy providers to accumulate data to show where deficiencies and extra-spend has occurred in the past and ensure you see the most savings moving forward. This data also will include project ROI's, fuel cost and consumption reports, as well as potential project financing through the Green Bank of New York as well as other Green Lenders.

Greener Buildings takes the most efficient approach to managing risk, price and quality workmanship in the procurement of third party energy efficient installation projects. Because we've vetted and partnered with a numerous qualified contractors, we have the capabilities to procure better pricing for your green projects, giving clients additional opportunities to allocated funds on more than one project in their portfolio. Our process also allows you to view up to seven proposed contracts per installation job. You'll view various equipment and energy products, project changes, timelines and low to high pricing during our first and second rounds of the bidding process, guaranteeing you the best installation option possible.
